Solar twin-pipe with nanotechnological coating, made from corrugated 316L stainless steel Ø: 16 - 20 - 25 mm or non-welded drawn copper, ready to connect the hot water storage tank to the solar panel.
Each pipe is insulated with Aspen Aerogels (5 mm thickness), an extremely efficient insulating blanket (λ 0,014 W/(m*K) wrapped in nylon wire with turns spaced 2 mm apart, making it compact and suitable for cutting without fraying using normal construction site tools.
The two connected pipes are covered with a TiO2 canvas PVC sheath which comes in a choice of colours and protects the insulation material from bad weather, insects, rodents and birds (peck-proof).
The sheath contains the temperature sensor and, by means of the two connecting fins, joints the two combined pipes, creating a compact, flexible, resistant and long-lasting product with a high level of insulating properties.
When compared with solar products currently on the market, it comes out streaks ahead because the nanotechnology has enabled the development of materials which are indisputably superior in terms of performance and duration, with smaller dimensions.

LONG-LASTING RESISTANCE
APPEARANCE AND FEATURES
TiO2 canvas PVC sheath, compact and exible, 1 mm thick. Protects the insulation material against bad weather and UV rays. Cannot be attacked by insects, rodents or birds (peck-proof). Resistant to pressure and heat: DOES NOT CHANGE SIZE.
Nanosun2 can be installed in an UNDERFLOOR chase, unlike traditional products which are of the wrong thickness to be used in this specific way. Furthermore, it is without losing its insulating properties.
SUPERIOR INSULATION PROPERTIES
NANOSUN2 USES AEROGELS WHICH, BEING 5 mm THICKNESS, HAVE GREATER INSULATING PROPERTIES THAN TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS
In NANOSUN2, the insulation material is wrapped in nylon wire, with turns spaced 2 mm apart, to enable cutting without fraying using normal construction site tools.
SAVE ON ACCESSORIES
The heat-sealed connecting fins of the two pipes are designed to be separated using a simple cutter stroke.
The fin of each pipe makes it easy to install in limited space using screws or nails instead of fixing brackets.
The he branding of the product with identification data is an advantage for the production and, above all, application quality of NANOSUN2: - typical twin-pipe references - length, diameter and thickness – production lot with time, date and year of production. Furthermore, each individual pipe is marked with measuring notches to facilitate on-site cutting.

Thanks to its smaller size, the volume of NANOSUN2 is just 35% of that of a traditional solar twin-pipe.
The pack includes an installation kit, comprising:
- 1 NANOSUN2 roll,
- 4 self-flanging connectors,
- 4 heat shrink sleeves,
- one 3 m roll of SiliconTape
- Installation instructions.

NANOSUN2 is the only solar product that can also be transported on europallets. The transportation volume drops to little more than 1/3 and means that even normal vehicles can be used.
