This is the website of the Italian Centre for Nanotechnology, created in 2003 as an autonomous branch of AIRI (Italian Association for Industrial Research). It is aimed at providing a national focal point for nanotechnology and promoting contacts between industry, public research and federal institutions. The site was created to foster the development and application of nanotechnology in Italy.
